Community Markets in Multiple Locations in Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), in collaboration with the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), is pleased to invite businesses fully owned by Emirati citizens and registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), to submit their proposals for a tender to design, build, maintain and operate community markets in 7 different locations within Abu Dhabi Emirate.

Region: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, & Al Dhafra    Land Area: Ranges from 6,857 to 29,470 sq.m.    Allowable Use: Community Market

The Request for Proposals (RFP) can be downloaded by clicking the "Download" button above. Proposals should be submitted before 17 October 2024, 5 p.m. (UAE time). Interested parties should submit their Proposals in line with the Instructions to Bidders included in the RFP.
